First crushing oil. The Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Il Fruttato” is the result of an accurate selection and cold-pressing procedure of the olives harvested mechanically. The variety of the olive chosen is “the Leccino”.
This oil has a characteristic spicy flavour, intensifies the flavour of the dish to which it is accompanied. Here in Italy it is exquisite used on bread, the Italian peculiarity “The Bruschetta”.
