Thanks to its high quality and nutritive value it is above all used for newborn babies. This oil is the first oil which comes out before the cold-pressure procedure of the olives. This oil is called “Flowering Oil” (olio di fioritura). For this reason the production is extremely limited. The variety of the olives chosen is: “Il Frantoio”.
